John’s passion for cycling started with his father and has been a lifelong love ever since. With more than 30 years of experience in the bicycle industry and repair business, he brings an exceptional depth of knowledge, hands-on expertise, and genuine passion to Cadence.co.
Over the years, John has built his experience around helping people get the most out of their bikes — from finding the right ride to dialing in a repair and making sure every detail is just right. He believes in doing things the right way, with honesty, attention to detail, and a commitment to the rider.
For John, cycling is more than a bike. It’s a way of life, a connection to people, and a passion he’s proud to share. At Cadence.co, he’s excited to pass along the knowledge and love of cycling that his father first inspired in him — and to help keep people riding for years to come.

Klara
MEET KLARA ZDENKOVA
A lifelong runner and former collegiate All-American, Klara has spent much of her life chasing the next finish line. From competing as a high school and collegiate athlete to becoming an accomplished 5K racer, running has always been more than a sport—it’s a way of life.
Coming from a family with a strong athletic, medical, and design pedigree, Klara developed an appreciation early on for the connection between the human body, performance, discipline, and creativity. She has always been drawn to athletes who represent something greater than performance alone—the extraordinary commitment to becoming better, the ability to endure discomfort, the discipline to keep going when motivation fades, and the courage to keep showing up when the outcome isn’t guaranteed.
After years in the corporate world as a multimedia specialist and designer, Klara made the decision to leave her career behind and follow her passion for running. Today, she brings both sides of her experience to Cadence.co: her knowledge and perspective as an athlete, combined with her creative eye and design background.
From the look and feel of the shop to the brand, displays, and customer experience, Klara brings intention to every detail. Her goal is to create more than a running and cycling store—to create a place that reflects the energy, discipline, beauty, and community of the sports she loves, while inspiring people to keep moving, keep improving, and keep showing up.
